With all the spambots out there auto-submitting advertisements through online forms, you need to have a way to stop the unwanted spam, especially through your lead generation forms. We especially like reCaptcha offered free from Google. Luckily, Salesforce now has direct integration with it.

And if you’re not familiar with Salesforce – it’s a customer relationship management (CRM) and lead management tool that’s been around for a very long time. We prefer Infusionsoft but Salesforce does the job too.
