We have a client base of over 500+ active clients, ranging from clients located in the state of Idaho, nationwide, as well as a handful of worldwide clients too.

Our main office is located off of Parkcenter Blvd, just 5 minutes from downtown Boise. We’re located in the Logger’s Terrace building at 575 E. Parkcenter Blvd, Ste 180, Boise, Idaho 83706.

Yes! We have a nice large parking lot for all of our clients, guests and staff.

We’ve worked with such a variety of clients over the years, and our team has always stood for delivering trust and integrity with every website we deliver.

One big thing that sets us apart is that our clients retain all ownership rights to their website, logo or any other item we create for them. Yes! The majority of websites we develop are built using WordPress, and with our years of knowledge and trust, you won’t find a better fit for a WordPress developer in Boise, Idaho.

Well, if we don’t sound biased, I must say…. Us!

The first step will be an exploratory phone call, meeting or email discussion to flush out all of the details needed for your website. From there, we’ll put together a detailed web design proposal for your review. We’ll go back and forth on any questions you have, and if you choose to move forward, we’ll then send over the paperwork needed to get started.

(Most of our projects are billed at 50/50 increments. 50% due to get started, and the remaining 50% due once the website is done, approved by you, and ready to go live. )

Once we get signed paperwork and the deposit, we’ll send you a punch-list of items we like to collect before starting. These items are things like your logo file (if you have one), any website examples you’d like us to use as inspiration, defining call to actions, names of pages/links to start with, imagery ideas and more.

From there, we will then start your project which always begins with the initial design concept of the home page. We take about a solid week to design your home page, then send for your feedback. We don’t charge for any revisions, so we’ll keep tweaking away until you feel it’s 100% and you’re ready to move forward.

The next step involves us building out the inner pages of your website. Whether you are providing us with content for each page, or we’re writing content for you, we’ll use the content to build out and format each page of the website. This also includes adding video, images, drop-downs, info-graphics, etc.

Once the website is whole and ready for review, we’ll turn it over to you for your approval, and of course provide us with any feedback and requests for edits. We’ll work back and forth until you say it’s ready to go live!

Our primary website frameworks include WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify, BigCommerce, and PHP Laravel for our larger, more complex development projects.

Thrive does most development using WordPress, as it is the most versatile framework for 90% of client needs. WordPress allows us to develop a website as little or as big as necessary, while allowing the client the option to easily update text and images on pages.

Thrive Web Designs offers e-commerce website design and development while specializing in multiple options including WooCommerce (WordPress’s shopping cart), Shopify, ECWID, BigCommerce, Squarespace, as well as completely custom solutions that are 100% built from the ground up.

The majority of e-commerce stores we build are built in WooCommerce, because they offer so many options and add-ons, 3rd party integrations, etc.

This all depends on the size of your project. For smaller websites, we normally say 4-6 weeks, but we can sometimes turn new projects around even quicker. If your project is a large development, the time can greatly vary based on the scope of the project.

Everything you see in our portfolio has been designed and built in-house. We’ve been very lucky to keep our talent in-house and keep a tight grasp on quality control by doing all of our work in-house over the years.

We do offer website hosting! Not only is our website hosting fast, secure and easily scalable, but we manage it all for you so that you don’t need to worry about anything technical on your end.

Yes we do! We have many clients enrolled in our exclusive maintenance and security package that’s covers updates made to your website pages, as well as keeping your website files up to date and secure.
