Adam J. L. Minic is a veteran entrepreneur and technology executive with more than 25 years of boots on the ground experience, founding, acquiring, and leading companies across the technology sector. As founder and CEO of SEO Idaho™, HostCozy, and Easy Website Form, he specializes in digital strategy, infrastructure development, and problem solving systems leveraging technology.
Known for his integrity-driven leadership style, Mr. Minic emphasizes mentorship, operational discipline, and continuous innovation. His work focuses on building resilient organizations positioned for long-term favorable outcomes for both parties, in an evolving digital economy.
Josh Olswanger
Chief Operating Officer
Currently serving as COO, Josh founded Thrive Web Designs in 2010. With a strong background in media production and web design & development, along with a history of working effectively with clients ranging from businesses, musicians, authors and more, Josh has built his career serving clients with exceptional service in the web design and development space for over 16+ years.
Josh works with our internal team to help support our network of dedicated clients from beginning discussions, all the way to post launch and ongoing support and maintenance services that we provide.
Jason Jacobs
Digital Project Manager
Jason is our lead web development project manager at Thrive. Originally from the Chicagoland area, he spent a number of years living and having formative adventures in such places as Champaign-Urbana, Illinois and Omaha, Nebraska. He received a BA in Web Design from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. Jason brings well over a decade of design and development experience.
Joseph Bowers

Joseph Bowers is a recent software developer graduate from CodeWorks. Joe works with our updates team and helps our clients by fulfilling requests and debugging problems to help keep our client’s websites running smoothly. Joe comes from a background of customer service and has a degree in Marketing from Boise State. He hopes to combine his knowledge from Boise State with his passion for coding to be a major asset to Thrive.
Johnathyn Long

Johnathyn moved from South Carolina to Idaho to make an impact. He has over 10 years of WordPress development and maintenance experience.
Johnathyn has helped small and massive businesses alike to reach their full potential in marketing, brand design & website support roles. He loves helping those in need. Johnathyn is happily married since December 2025 and strives to be the best he can be.
His interests include playing guitar, road trips, gaming, and going on long hikes with his wife. He is normally a home body during the winter but enjoys being adventurous as possible when that sun is shining. He hopes to bring joy, comfort, and love to everyone he meets along this journey of life.

Jomar has been happily married since 2021 and is always striving to grow both personally and professionally.
In his free time, Jomar enjoys spending time outdoors, playing the keyboard, and singing at church. Whether exploring nature or serving in the community, he values connection, faith, and making a positive impact on those around him.
