Adam J.L. Minic is the founder of Command Modular Holdings, LLC, a Boise-based holding company for a portfolio of technology businesses including SEO Idaho®, Thrive Web Designs™, HostCozy™, and Easy Website Form™. He is also the creator of the company’s proprietary software products: BAM™ (Business Asset Monitor), Personal Asset Monitor™, and AI Website Attendant™.
An entrepreneur who has been building web and search businesses since 2009, Adam’s work focuses on search visibility, entity-based SEO, web development, and hosting infrastructure.
Adam actively serves on the board of the College of Western Idaho Foundation and donates time and resources to various non-profits.
Josh Olswanger
Chief Operating Officer
Josh Olswanger is the COO and Founder of Thrive Web Designs™, where he leverages over 16+ years of design and development expertise to help businesses, authors, and artists build a high-impact digital presence that scales.
Since founding Thrive in 2010, Josh has transitioned from a hands-on designer to a strategic leader, overseeing the entire client lifecycle from initial discovery to long-term maintenance.
With a deep background in media production, he has spent nearly two decades bridging the gap between technical complexity and exceptional client service, ensuring every project is backed by a dedicated internal team and a seamless post-launch support system.
When he’s not streamlining operations or consulting with clients, you can usually find Josh spending time with his family, writing music, and staying inspired by the latest trends in media production.

With over a decade of hands-on design and development experience, Jason brings a seasoned perspective to the project lifecycle. A graduate of Bellevue University with a BA in Web Design, he leverages a deep understanding of both aesthetics and architecture to lead high-performing teams. His background is rooted in creating scalable web solutions that prioritize user experience without sacrificing performance.
Originally from the Chicagoland area, Jason has called Boise, Idaho, home for many years. His creativity extends well beyond the screen; in his spare time, he runs Shapeshifter Sculpting, where he hand-sculpts intricate collectibles and crafts custom latex Halloween masks. When he isn’t molding or painting his latest creation, Jason is likely exploring the Boise foothills, venturing across the Pacific Northwest, or relaxing with his family and his two dogs, Pepper and Maximus.

With over three years of experience at Thrive, Joseph has been instrumental in streamlining the Updates team’s internal workflows to provide faster, more reliable service. His expertise spans the full technical lifecycle of a site—from complex DNS and server configurations to front-end page builds—ensuring that every client’s digital presence is built on a rock-solid foundation. By combining his Marketing degree from Boise State with a deep proficiency in website architecture, Joseph translates complex technical problems into strategic business solutions.
When he isn’t fine-tuning server settings, Joseph is likely wading into the Boise River for a Saturday morning of fly fishing. An avid fan of the Idaho outdoors, he spends his free time tackling hands-on projects with friends or exploring the local trails, bringing the same focus and problem-solving energy to the riverbank as he does to the office.
