When Are Invoices Due?

This is all depends on the type of invoice. When starting a new project with our team, the deposit invoice is due on receipt in order to get started. The final invoice for new projects are due prior to going live. For ongoing and annual fees such as website hosting and maintenance, our standard payments terms is NET 25 for clients.

Are Online Payments Safe?

Yes! We offer 3 payment gateways for our clients. These include Gravity Payments, Quickbooks Online and Paypal. Each provider offers a 100% secure portal to pay invoices online, and will offer a receipt once payment is made.

Do I Need to Pay a Service Fee to Pay Thrive Web Designs™ Online?

No – We do not charge a service fee for online payments. We eat the costs of online payment processing, as a “cost of doing business,” which our clients are happy with.
